Terms of Service

HackEx is operated by MIST CREATIONS LIMITED.
1. The service
HackEx is a security platform that scans websites, code repositories and servers you own, monitors them continuously, detects threats, and can execute reversible containment and remediation actions with your authorization.
2. Authorization: the important rule
You may only scan, probe, monitor or act on infrastructure you own or have explicit written permission to test. Scans, Live Fire probes, agent installs and Threat Stop actions are powerful. Using HackEx against third parties without authorization is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
3. Autonomous actions
Threat Stop can execute containment (IP blocks, isolation, account locks, deploys) on your infrastructure. You choose the autonomy mode (manual, smart or full) and you are responsible for the mode you select and the connections you authorize. Every action is whitelisted, logged and designed to be reversible.
4. Accounts & credits
Accounts are per-person; organizations group them into workspaces. Paid plans grant monthly credit balances consumed by AI work (explanations, voice, fixes, autonomous actions). Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and reset monthly.
5. No warranty
HackEx is provided "as is". Security tooling reduces risk; it cannot guarantee safety. We do not warrant that every vulnerability will be found or every attack stopped, and we are not liable for incidents arising from your infrastructure, or from actions you authorized.
6. Data & retention
Scan results, incidents and audit logs are retained while your account is active; anonymous scans expire automatically. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
